I recently had a serious issue with my 2021 Traverse. I took it to Fred Anderson Chevrolet service department. Although it was the week of Easter and they were very busy ZACK the service manager listened I took it to Fred Anderson Chevrolet service department. I can't say enough about the people that work there, from sales to service. They are GREAT! If you want a new or used vehicle or service, I recommend FRED ANDERSON CHEVROLET. More

Gave me a price of 120 for an oil change. When truck was done he didn’t go over anything, just took the seat cover out and walked off. Not going back there again. Even on my paperwork it said I declined an air filter.
