The dealership was extremely cleaned and futuristic compared to California. Employees staff and representatives were very professional. We were there for a battery and ended up being there two days and compared to California. Employees staff and representatives were very professional. We were there for a battery and ended up being there two days and having to rent a car for two days because after putting in a new battery they thought it was a starter problem. On the second day they realized the new battery they put in from the dealership was actually faulty and they had to replace that battery. Was not real happy that we had to pay two days car rental since we left at 3:30 and service didn’t close till six. We requested a credit for their error but we were told no. More

The latest problem I have with check engine light on and transmission will not go into first gear and they say they can't see me for over a month. This dealership truly does not care about the customer. Stay far away!!! More
