Awesome I went to Kia of Greenville and they did everything possible to make sure sure I got the car I wanted. I went to Kia of Greer first and the employees was nice but they didn't have the drive or customer services to help me. I'm so excited to be driving me new 2018 Kia Sorrento. Terry and Dominic we're awesome and a pleasure to work with. If it can be done they will get it done with a smile on their face. Desperately needing a car Tyler and Terry both helped me when I thought there wasn't any hope of being able to get a new car. I had an 06 Optima that was my first car on my own Tyler and Terry both helped me when I thought there wasn't any hope of being able to get a new car. I had an 06 Optima that was my first car on my own, but after 11yrs things started going down hill for some reason. They were able to give me a great deal on trade in, hardly any down payment & they were very calm, and determined to get me into a car. They picked the perfect car for me, a 2016 Red Kia Forte, which I love. They couldn't have done better! I would highly recommend them to any one! Terry was awesome! He got me in there to help me! oil change gone wrong went in for an oil change. my car has been driving bad since then. talked to kamil. problem still not solved. Kia soul ran better before going to shop Recently went to kia of greenvile. Had car serviced with the following; Oil change, update chips turn of engine light and regular routine maintance. Recently went to kia of greenvile. Had car serviced with the following; Oil change, update chips turn of engine light and regular routine maintance. Paid almost $700 waited 4.5 hours drove half way home. My kia broke down on side of road. Had it towed back to kia in which i refused to pay. Then checked and service tech only asked what did i do to. I waited almost another 2.5 hours. They told me chip upgrade didnt work. And now have another issue which will cost $1000. So long story short they will not get any business from me, friends or family. More

Don't Go!!!! Need to be shutdown ASAP!!!!!!! On Saturday September 23rd my mom who is 65 years old and myself went to Kia of Greenville to look for a car. She was given a choice of a Kia Soren On Saturday September 23rd my mom who is 65 years old and myself went to Kia of Greenville to look for a car. She was given a choice of a Kia Sorento because they felt like they could get her financed with that better. Well after spending all day there they told us they got my mom approved we signed the paperwork and she was given the car. They told her she could bring her down payment in the following Friday, which she did. So about two weeks later they called us stating they needed a copy of drivers license, pay stub it was something once a week and this was things already given. After awhile we didn't hear from anyone until the general manager called and ask could we come in but wouldn't explain why . A month after we had the car he stated he couldn't get it financed through Santander which we talked to Santander and was told it was fine and the first pymt will be due Nov 6th. The general manager stated if we didn't bring the car in today 10/31 to see if he can try to get it finance through someone else he was going to report it stolen which was shocking to me because we had already signed for ownership of the car. My mom took it took the location this morning and they told her when she first got there it couldn't be financed and gave her back her money, which we had a hard time cashing it, After a month of having the car they said that to her. I have never in my life experienced anything so unethical in my life and now she has to try to get another car. This experience has not only been embarrassing but disrespectful at that and something needs to be done especially if other customers are being treated the same. More

He was rude and condescending and threw the offer paper at me and said "take it or leave it". He scammed me by switching papers on me to sign in regards to mileage. My sales reps were very nice but bc of Zeke, when my lease is up, I would rather pay whatever I need to so I can get away from Kia. Worst GM in all my car buying experience....sales reps should leave to go to other dealerships and away Zeke.....he will certainly hinder their future sales More
