I cannot find words to describe how pleasant my experience was getting this car. I had a lot of hesitancy coming in and a lot of resistance towards the stereo typical car dealer. Not only was efficient efficient and laid-back which helped me to feel more comfortable and give him my trust, his energy was absolutely delightful!! Buying a car can be a lengthy process and sitting in a room filling out a bunch of papers is usually no fun. But Reggie made it fun. We laughed and he had such a positive vibration, I could’ve stayed there all day and not been bothered by it. I also want to say he was incredibly patient with me. He listen to my needs, took notes and and never offered judgment when I shot down different cars that he was suggesting. The end result was that he actually found an even more perfect car for me then I was even looking for!!! More
