She took time prior to my visit to the dealership to determine my vehicle preference and desired options. She was well prepared for our appointment based on our phone conversations. She was courteous, personable and professional. Stephanie spent a significant amount of time with me, answering all of my questions, test driving and highlighting each vehicle's options so that I could make the best choice. She genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied and I never once felt rushed or pressured. She helped find the perfect vehicle for me and my family!
