He stayed late the day before Thanksgiving so we could test drive a Titan. He said he would get back in touch the Friday after Thanksgiving, and he did. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Njie. He was both professional and accommodating, not to mention very congenial. However, I was very disappointed with the wait time required to complete my purchase professional and accommodating, not to mention very congenial. However, I was very disappointed with the wait time required to complete my purchase after being called and informed the car had been delivered to the dealership. I arrived at the dealership at 10:30 and after completing all paperwork had to wait another 2 1/2 hours before the new vehicle was ready. That needs to be improved. I would suggest not calling the customer until the vehicle is ready. It would be a much more pleasant experience. More

I've purchased many vehicles in the past but I've NEVER had a sales agent sit in a vehicle and physically show me features and explain how things work! Usually I just have to figure it out as I go but Aust had a sales agent sit in a vehicle and physically show me features and explain how things work!
