I was told I would get lifetime oil change the family plan so I went Saturday to get oil change and the guy Joshua was rude and said I had to pay for tire rotation in order to get free oil change if I di plan so I went Saturday to get oil change and the guy Joshua was rude and said I had to pay for tire rotation in order to get free oil change if I didn’t get tire rotation I would have to pay 80.00 for oil change. So I had to pay for tire rotation. I will never do it again because it’s not in the fine print about that so the family plan is a lie. I found the car I wanted on their website.
