TERRIBLE SERVICE, Never called with a quote WHILE working on my car. I asked 4 different people to call me with a quote WHILE the service people were working on my car. (When we dropped off the car we were t on my car. I asked 4 different people to call me with a quote WHILE the service people were working on my car. (When we dropped off the car we were told it would cost $12,000 for a battery replacement for a LEAF w/o even looking up any part number). After my car was finished I received a text to pick it up??? I had to call and ask for my quote which took 1 hour for them to return my call with a quote of $7650.00 with a part number. Far cry from $12,000. I will not have them work on my car again. I will take it to Nissan in Cary. More

Malcolm burke may possibly be the rudest salesperson I’ve ever come across. When i asked him not to solicit me any longer his response was “whatever man.” When I told him he shouldn’t get attitude with custo ever come across.
