Great dealership I worked with Chidozie who I do not see listed as people on the site. This was in July of 2017 when I bought my Frontier. Maybe he has moved on somewh I worked with Chidozie who I do not see listed as people on the site. This was in July of 2017 when I bought my Frontier. Maybe he has moved on somewhere else since then. Vincent was the internet manager when I bought, but I didn't work with him except for him to introduce me to Chidozie. Anyway, I really enjoyed working with him and everyone else at Fred Anderson. I do not take advantage of the Family Plan because I do my own maintenance (and have not needed warranty work) so I don't visit the parts or service departments often but I'm sure it's also good. They paid a fair price for my trade and I was charged a fair price for my Frontier. I really can't complain about anything. More
Service isn't good I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima a year ago and took the car in for state inspection and an oil change. The service manager decided I needed my tires rotated ($50.00) and let me know about it when I was paying the bill. When I picked up my car. One of the wheels had been damaged when they rotated the tires.. A deep gash in the chrome wheel and scratches to the outer rim were present. I also bought the "Family Plan" last year when I bought the car - the claimed it was a mandatory contract. Included in the contract were two protection plans for the exterior and interior damage I asked if the plan called for detailing the car when some protection plans do provide. They said they would get back to me. I called twice and they have not returned my calls. They do not have any information on the protection plans. They should at least know what they sell people. I wouldn't recommend Fred Anderson. They spend a fortune advertising. They should treat their customers better. More
