"Dont Worry, Macks got it" I was referred to Mackly from my boss who had worked with him, and from the time I spoke with him on the phone via text message, he put my mind at eas I was referred to Mackly from my boss who had worked with him, and from the time I spoke with him on the phone via text message, he put my mind at ease. He helped me look up cars with in my price range, and kept me informed me that he would keep me updated if he found anything that was a better deal for me. When I came in he made sure that I was comfortable while I waited for him to attend to other customers, and communicated very effectively the time frame in which it would take him to finish up with the patron, as well as checking in on me periodically during my wait time. When we finally got to sit down, we went over some cars that I was interested in, and found a car, but it was not on the lot at the time. Unfortunately I had some other errands to attend to briefly, so Mackly, made sure that he would update me on the ETA of the vehicle so I come back and look at it. As promised, Mackly let me know when the car was at the dealership, and I came and looked at car, test drove it, and fell in love with it. Mackly and myself sat down and began the paperwork, but unfortunately it was nearing the time to close, and again, I had to get ready to go elsewhere, so Mackly allowed me to drive the car home for the weekend, and come back to finalize the paperwork. After the purchase of the car was complete, I had some minor issues, with the vehicle, and informed Mackly, to which he set me up and appointment to have my car looked at and repaired. He got a loaner car lined up for me to drive while my car was with shop, and as soon as it was ready the next day, he let me know that it was ready to be picked up. I truly appreciate everything that Mackly did to help make this stressful process feel like a walk in the park with a friend. I would refer anyone who is in the market for a vehicle to go see Mackly.
