My daughter and I have been looking for a new affordable Nissan Vetsa Note for some time and now we don't have to look any further. Ivan promised that he will do what it takes to get us in a vehicle, and he was a man of his word. He worked with us and didn't waste our time. We were very happy to have left with a newer vehicle, especially since we didn't encounter that uncomfortable feeling in our gut that we may be making a bad decision. he even helped us clean the old vehicle we traded in out! Over Priced on Service I was given a $2789 quote to replace, mount and balance all 4 tires. I was charged $265.20 for Michelin Latitude Tour 235/65R18 while the price else w I was given a $2789 quote to replace, mount and balance all 4 tires. I was charged $265.20 for Michelin Latitude Tour 235/65R18 while the price else where is way cheaper than what I paid ($200 in Sams Club, $193 in Walmart and $250 in Michelin website). I reached out to an associate at Michelin, he did confirm the quality is same irrespective of where I bought Michelin tires. I was told to get written quote for price matching. I've sent my purchased bill but they denied matching price. If you want to change your tires / replace a battery go to Walmart and have them replaced there you can get the job done with less than 30 % of the quote they give you and it comes with warranty with minimal fess (way cheaper than than the labor cost with the dealer). Next time I will do my research before committing. I really liked Fred Anderson Nissan, after my experience I have to question their pricing wile they have a whole "Date to Compare" page on their website. Cassidy and Phillip were great answering all the questions so gave them 5 *s. 1 * for inflated pricing and false "Dare to Compare" claim. Thank You More
My first time buying a car by myself When I walked into the dealer ship, I was greeted by the receptionist. She asked how she could help me. I told her I was looking for a car. She said she would find a sales person to help me. Within minutes of her saying that, Ivan, came up to me. Ivan introduced himself & asked how he can help me. Ivan was the ONLY ONE who approached me. I told him I was just looking. I told Ivan what I was looking for: the price range, year, 4 doors & size. He was a gracious host. He offered me some water. We sat down at the desk & he showed me several different types of cars. Ivan must have spent 2 hours with me that day. Patient & calm the whole time. We were in constant communication for a few days. Ivan kept me posted of the offers that were made by the manager. I did meet the manager. He was very polite & did not pressure me. There was never any pressure from Ivan. He made it perfectly clear that he would get the same commission regards of the price of the car. I went back to test drive the car. I had also went to other places to look at cars. I called Ivan to ask if the car I liked was still available. He said yes. At this point, my credit had not been pulled. Ivan wanted to make sure I was interested before pulling my credit. The day of purchase, Ivan was with me the whole time. He even spoke to my insurance company to help me get insurance cards. Ivan did a great job. Here's what was missing. The features of the car & how they work where not explained to me. I did not ask about them. My 2 concerns were the mileage of the car & the interest rate. Ivan did explain to me that the interest rate was based on my credit score. That I could refiance in few months. I was pleasantly surprised when Ivan took out the Big Red Bow & placed on my new car so I could have a picture taken. My overall experience was pleasant, good communication & no pressure. Ivan helped us select the best choice at Fred Anderson. Ivan Hodge helped us find the right car for my wife across the Fred Anderson (FA) family of car dealers, even though not a Nissan. We liked the Nissa Ivan Hodge helped us find the right car for my wife across the Fred Anderson (FA) family of car dealers, even though not a Nissan. We liked the Nissan Pathfinder, but my wife had trouble feeling comfortable because of her height with seeing over the side view mirror. Ivan let her drive the Rogue to see if that resolved (even though we would have to give up size and 3rd row). When that did not resolve enough to give up 3rd row, he took us to other makes to try the Toyota Highlander and then finally to what my wife felt most comfortable with which was the KIA Sorrento. We came back after checking out some other vehicles including VW and Honda, to the Sorrento. Ivan let us test drive the next model down, the Kia Sportage, so we could have another option In the end, the Sorrento wound up being the best choice covering driving comfort for my wife, with all the features plus some that we were looking for. Ivan worked my offer with management to get me a price I felt comfortable with. In house financing got me rates I could get on my own plus a little less with no hassle. Ivan had all the paper work prepped so that I could choose my own or go with Ken Anderson arranged. In the end the FA financing was a little better than my own and they did all the work. FA Being open on Sunday was a big plus for convenience for car shoppers like us. No other local Kia dealers were open on Sunday. We include a tow package to be dealer installed. Ivan worked to get the part in and installed as soon as possible and kept me updated. When we found out we had the option of picking up on Sunday as soon as it was ready, even though our home was located outside their shuttle range, Ivan came to pick us up so we did not have to take our car and drive back separately. It was Father’s Day and his day off so we appreciated the extra mile he went to make it easy for us. Finance at FA was very efficient, and worked to get me an even lower rate to help offset the extension of bumper to bumper warranty (of KIA 60k) to 100k. When we picked up, Ivan had a very helpful and knowledgeable KIA expert give us the tour of all the cars features after the car was detailed. Overall we had a great experience in the selection process, great communications, and great assistance in completing the deal. We would use Ivan again to assist us when we do our next purchase. More
