I had a very good experience at Fred Anderson Nissan. Today I purchased my very first car and Ivan and the rest of the team at Fred Anderson made the whole thing so much easier then I thought it would be. They were very patient and understanding and they answered every question I had as simply as they could so I could fully understand. When I walked in Ivan approached me and immediately guesed the kind of car I was looking for and took me over to see my options. We discussed warranties and eventually decided to look at a few cars. When I was looking at the cars I realized that the price was getting higher then I prefered so we backtracked and found a car with payments I would be comfortable with. There was no pressure. Honesty like that is hard to find these days, but Ivan did keep a secret. You see I thought we were looking for my daughter a small used car to run errands on. Little did I know that her and my son-n-law were looking for me. At some point my son-n-law told Ivan what he was trying to do. Ivan did all the paperwork in my name. When Ivan gave me the paperwork to sign is when they all told me. I could only cry and hug them all. It was so wonderful working with Ivan, it's like we've known him all our life.
