After receiving a text notification that my vehicle was ready, I came into the service area. Joseph was with another customer, so I waited down the walkway. After about 10 minutes, I noticed the customer h ready, I came into the service area. Joseph was with another customer, so I waited down the walkway. After about 10 minutes, I noticed the customer had already left, but Joseph never attempted to come get me. When I finally approached his desk, he told me I would need to wait longer because something needed to be added to my bill. This was confusing because I had already received the “vehicle ready” text. As I explained my concerns, I was giving constructive feedback on how the visit felt from a customer perspective, but Joseph became defensive and continued to go back and forth with me. This added more time when I was already late for my next appointment. He then told me to follow him and quickly walked across the parking lot looking for my vehicle, moving so fast that I had to struggle to keep up with him while carrying my work bag. Once we reached my car, he simply handed me the keys, placed my receipt inside, and walked away without explaining what services were completed. Based on the receipt, it appears only an oil change was performed, which took about two hours (12:30 PM – 2:35 PM). Normally, I receive a recommendations sheet outlining additional services needed, but this time I was given nothing. No explanation was provided, no walk-through of my service, and no professional closing of the visit. Overall: The experience left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer. What I intended as constructive feedback turned into defensiveness and a rushed, incomplete handoff. This is not the level of service I expect. More

They will promise you the world to get you in the door. Once you don’t qualify, they rush you out. And manager doesn’t respond to complaints about his employees shady sales tactics.
