2019 TRD Pro 4 Runner Living in the state of Pennsylvania I had a non traditional purchasing transaction. I flew to NC and drove my new 4 Runner home the same day. From my initial contact with Carl six weeks prior to buying it until I drove it from the lot, Carl kept me updated on the status of my 4 Runner's arrival and even texted several pictures when it arrived at Fred Anderson. Going even further beyond the normal responsibilities, Carl picked me up at the airport so I didn't have to arrange other means of getting to the Fred Anderson Dealership. The transaction was done in a timely manner and everything was thoroughly explained to me as we went through the paper signing. Same was true with going over the newly washed and waxed, sparkling clean 4 Runner. What a beautiful vehicle, I could barely contain my smile. We went over all of the features together so I was ready for my drive home. Carl has such a happy and upbeat personality and it truly was a pleasure to work with someone who seemed to be just as excited as I was to be purchasing my new 4 Runner. No response So I bought a car from them and since I wasn't satisfied with the first one I had it switched out. Unfortunately, they did not send the new files to their Finance that does the loans and I am being billed for a car I don't have. I have tried to contact them multiples times this week and NO ONE has gotten back to me. And these people harass their customers to give them a 5 star review for this kind of xxxx after the deal? VERY INCONVENIENT. Now I have to waste gas to go see their face just to make sure they send it in. Ridiculous! More
