He was kind, patient, made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions. He wasn't pushy and was completely honest and up front with me. Working with him was stress free and hassle free! Having been pre- approved before I arrived, I thought I had the best deal possible as I walked in. Jay Tejani (The sales manager) took the time to research other financing options and found a better option at a better finance rate, ultimately allowing for a lower price to finance and bring my monthly car payments to an even more affordable monthly payment. David Foster wrote up our contract and was able to explain everything I needed to know about how the financing would work, in simple complete sentences using words we don't have to be a lawyer to understand. I seriously walked out of there knowing this was the best experience I had ever had when purchasing a car! I will definitely purchase my next car from Fred Anderson Toyota!
