Once you've agreed to a deal, don't back out of it unless the other party fails to deliver as promised. Your handshake is your bond. As far as I'm concerned, a handshake is worth more than a signed contract. As an entrepreneur, a reputation for integrity is your most valuable commodity. If you try to put something over on someone, it will come back to haunt you." — Victor Kiam, Owner of New England Patriots and Remington Products Integrity is one of the basic tenets of doing business. If a handshake and an offer on paper are not a basis for doing business, then business cannot be cannot be done. From my experience, Fred Anderson lacks this basic integrity and therefore I cannot recommend attempting to do business with them. After spending all weekend on used car lots and in customer lounges getting my Toyota 4Runner appraised for sale and negotiating a figure, Fred Anderson Toyota's Pre-owned sales staff had made the highest offer. After some back and forth between a sales manager and salesman (whose names I will omit) we came to an agreement. I had been honest from the start and told them I had one more dealership left on my list and that I would call them with a yes or no. I left with a figure on paper and a handshake. The next dealership could not beat the offer, so I called back to Fred Anderson to check if the offer still stood, and was told yes. I notified all the other dealerships that I had a higher offer on my way to fill out the paperwork at Fred Anderson. When I arrived, I was told the finance staff were swamped with other customers and that it would be better if I came back the next day. The next day, I made arrangements at work and took time off to go to Fred Anderson to complete the paperwork. There was another sales manger on staff that day and he didn't like the figure we had negotiated the prior day. He made up an excuse about a couple of light dents on the roof and handed me the lowest figure I had seen in three days. I explained that I was not there for negotiations as we had already completed the process the day prior and had reached a deal. I showed him the paper offer and explained that we had shaken hands over the figure the prior day and that my time was being disrespected. After over an hour of this, I was told "We're going to have to let you walk. We appreciate your time." ... "We appreciate your time." ... It is this thoughtless, empty, canned sentiment and the general lack of basic integrity that will keep me, my family, my friends, and hopefully whoever reads this review from doing business with Fred Anderson Toyota. More

He was in no way pushy what-so-ever. They went above and beyond to make the whole process go smooth and made sure the throughly explained every step. I ended up getting a brand new 4-runner that I LOVE and can afford. They are very nice and professional. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota, and Jeff Teague!! More

We were sitting at her salesman's desk when she suddenly turned to me and said the new Prius was for me instead of her son. Of course I cried. The experience at Fred Anderson was wonderful. A lady came by and served us warm cookies. I saw lots of areas to hang out when I need to come in for service in the future. Our salesman, Mike Lee was great. He loved being in on the secret. He got her the specific car she was looking for from a sister dealership out of state. He taught me everything about the car and made sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. I especially appreciated him helping me download the Toyota app, get my XM favorite channels setup as well as my bluetooth phone synced. He has phoned me to check if I needed anything. He has also followed up with emails. I won't hesitate to call on him with my future car needs. More

Purchasing my first new vehicle I've had 3 used cars up until Sunday. I knew what vehicle I wanted but was unsure what specific features, if any, I needed to have. I test drove 2 di I've had 3 used cars up until Sunday. I knew what vehicle I wanted but was unsure what specific features, if any, I needed to have. I test drove 2 different Highlanders and determined what was most important to myself and my family. After consideration, my husband and I picked the Highlander that was aligned with my needs and future plans. We contacted Justin Heilman to negotiate the price of the vehicle before we went back to the dealership. Justin was great getting us at the price we wanted. When we got to the lot the next day, he had the car pulled up front for us, he even let my husband and I take her for a spin without him! It was amazing to give us time to truly make a decision and discuss what we were seeing and experiencing with the purchase. We came back to the dealership in agreement that this was the car for me and for our family. It was a busy Sunday, but the dealership had comfortable furniture, WIFI, and snacks and beverages to keep us comfortable. We were able to get our AMAZING HIGHLANDER within 2-3 hours of setting foot on the property. I feel as though I've made a sound investment and have support if I have concerns or issues.
