Had been test driving Toyotas at another dealer and even though I had been very clear about what I was in the market for the salesperson persisted with the pitch for the up-sell - advising me to go for the brand new model instead of the low-mileage pre-owned. I left. I went to Fred Anderson and worked with Troy Haynes, who listened to what I wanted and then we test drove a few of those and the deal happened naturally - no unnecessary baloney about getting me into a deal I wouldn't feel comfortable with. Great experience, would shop there again. More

Without any pressure he got us a great deal and helped make the process smooth and quick. After having the vehicle for a month or so he called to see if all was well. I told him we had gotten a substantial scratch on driver door when we took to dealership to have tps sensor replaced. Later that week went to dealership called Bryan Harrison on his cell phone , he told me he was on vacation but said he would come in and assist me with getting vehicle dropped off and also helped me get a loaner.
