We had been back and forth at Fred Anderson's about 4-5 times and found out that the vehicle we wanted was set to arrive in a week. We went in and saw Andre and he made the buying experience very easy and comfortable. We never felt like we were being pushed to purchase but rather felt like he was very informative and listened to what our concerns were. If you're looking for someone who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, Andre is the guy to see! For financing, Steve was our guy and he was wonderful! More

He was very clear and through with explanation of operation of the car. Was not too pleased with the initial price quoted which i guess is responsibility of your sales manager but after some haggling we got close to price i expected to pay. Also not too pleased with the financial side and the explanation of the warranty and the Fred Anderson plan. Still don't understand all that mumbo jumbo. But let me be clear, Andre not involved in the things i did not like and i did not mention those things to him. He was great! . More

Robert Powell is the best Toyota Salesman on Glenwood Ave! Well what can I say besides WOW because that's they type of service, care, and love that I felt on 2/11/17. My relationship started in March of 2014 when Robert helped me get my first car fresh off the floor. I was young and this was new to me but he guided me through the entire process like a true professional would. He made sure I was happy and answered all my thousand questions with no hesitations whatsoever. He made me feel like I was the only person who ever bought a vehicle from him that day. Robert has such a wonderful and candid personality and is a true asset to Mr. Fred Anderson and all his dealerships. He also kept up with me as the years went buy to follow up with me on how the car was doing and to discuss future business. I did also tell him back in 2016 that my wife needed a new vehicle and I most likely wanted a trade in for my Corolla. We set up that day in February and again he spent the whole day with us and never made it feel like we were just "car shopping". He was extremely friendly and cordial with my spouse and made her felt special. It was also her first time ever buying a new car. She was so thrilled how painless, effortless, and how relentless Robert was on making sure he found her the best option that suited her personality, style, and grace. I can go on and on but all I'm saying is Robert Powell is the true definition of a prudent salesman.
