The best Experience I ever had buying new car. I just came for prices but end up buying a car. Salesperson, Stephanie is amazing. Price is right. I was out happy in 1 hour. I bought many new cars but never that fast and that pleasant. Visiting dealership is always a pain. Not this time. Professionalism of salesperson and financial officer is unbelievable. Stephanie very quickly understood what I want and without "Standard routine" in a 2 min gave me an out of the door price I asked for. If she would start playing with me I would be walking out next 2 min but she is smart enough to understand where it works and where it does not. She did not try to play fool out of us she just did what we asked for. At the same time she was defending interests of business she has represented very firmly. I have try :) It was so unusual that I decided that I am buying car today. Time comes for me to refresh my Tundra. I know where I am going to buy it. If the price is right :) Stephanie, I believe can make a good face to any business at any level. My wife and I both are very impressed. Good dealership Ed Bartley was great car salesman. He was down to earth and very personable. He did not seem like a sleazy salesman. I did feel rushed by the finance person that processed my paperwork. I do not blame anyone on my naivety on dealing with a dealership. I should have controlled the situation and made a decision on my own. I did not know I could buy coverage separately when it came to the warranty. I lost sleep when I actually did the math and realized how much money the warranty added to my loan. I got good credit and messed up a great deal for myself. I returned to dealership and had the warranty rescinded and was able to keep the GAP insurance. I am happy about that but now my payment is higher than what it could have been when I qualified for zero percent. I learned a powerful lesson. I do not blame anyone but myself. I know the dealership is out to make money but overall Fred Anderson delivered a good experience. Ed Bartley was the best part he was the one that actually got me to buy. More

I returned his call, met with him, test drove the Camry,( I'm thinking oh yeah) Let's do it. Marvin was a gentleman, very knowledgeable about Toyota cars( he drives an Avolon,) We ran into some small hiccups with my credit but Marvin was so patient. I felt at ease with him. Looking forward to returning in a couple of years with my daughter(s) when they are ready to purchase their own Toyota with Mr. Cobbs assistance. More
