My 2017 Toyota Tacoma buying experience I was looking at another dealers truck and negotiating with them to add some additional options when Steven sent me a email inquiring how he could sel I was looking at another dealers truck and negotiating with them to add some additional options when Steven sent me a email inquiring how he could sell me the same truck. I advised him what options I wanted and he checked with his sales manager and agreed to the extra options at no cost to me. He also provided me with a better price than the other dealer who would not agree to one of the options I asked for. Steven was very professional and courteous through out my truck buying process. I'd also like to commend Gary in installation for his help. He walked through the parking with me so that I could see the 2 different types of running boards that I could chose from and I was able to see the exact kind that I wanted. Steven and Gary also showed me what another option installed would look like that I wanted. Everyone that I came in contact with were true professionals. More

Fred Anderson was our second Toyota dealership and they provided friendly, helpful staff that made searching for our new vehicle enjoyable. We came back the following week and began negotiating what we feel was a great deal. This process was light years easier than communicating with our 2nd choice, who wouldn't provide a price for the SUV we wanted to buy, or a value for our trade-in, without first committing to buying their car over a Toyota. Rodney was just the right amount of helpful and I never felt pressured like we had at other dealerships. Shopping at Fred Anderson Toyota was a great experience. More
