I asked Andre to bring up a car that I had seen online and he told me about the car and answered all my questions about how well it was taken care of and helped me with all the steps necessary to be able to buy the vehicle. I also had a great experience with David that made me feel comfortable on the finance part of the deal. Rushed to make a deal and then waited on car to be cleaned Large selection of pre owned cars, and pushy salesmen. Went look at one car found another that we liked more. I was given the old "someone called about the car we were interested in" line. Then our salesman disappeared twice for about twenty min each time. I know car salesmen are pushy and can't get enough of their own voice but our's loved the sound of his voice a lot, until we signed the papers , then disappeared and didn't say ten words from there on. I have had great experiences with buying cars and I have had really bad experiences buying cars, I would rank this one around the "almost bad" car buying experience. And after the car came back from being "detailed" the outside of the car was great, so great that I could see what looked like the rear bumber had been pushed in and popped back out. When I asked about this issue I was told "there is nothing I can do now" like I was no longer his customer and he didn't care about my satisfaction. Then the inside had dust all over the dash and the windshield was filthy and after I asked the salesman if they cleaned the inside of the car I was told " yes, I watched them clean it" I just said the heck with this place and left. More

Perfect and Awesome I am trying to buy a car since 2 months. I was doing lot of research and sending/receiving lot of quotes to different dealers and salesmen. I was not intereseted in buying my car from FredAnderson Toyota as one of the sales man is responding properly. ut I was going through the site again and send an inquiry on toyota camry 2016. There come by immediate reply from Steve Martinez. He scheduled an appointment and I went to the showroom lately as I have to take the rental car for the coming week to drive to my office. I was not sure to get the new car home. Steve came and met me in the showroom. I felt he was very pleasant in talking about the car. We went for the test drive. I like the way he was explaining about the car and the price for it. I want to be honest in talking with him as I felt he is very understandable to the customer requirements. I said my price and he asked me where I got the price. I told him frankly and shown him in the website about it. He walked away from the desk after seeing the other car and its price. I thought he will come and discuss with me about the price that I don't want to buy. But it is Awesome. He gave the quote which is very very close to my number. I was happy and asked him about the difference. He gave me a satisfying answer. I asked him if he drive me back home with rental car. He drove the rental car to home. It was heavily raining. But still his response to the customer as salesman is PERFECT. He is perfectionist. I like the way he dealt with the customer. 2007 Tacoma Easy and painless process, the truck was everything I wanted.
