After shopping at several dealerships and considering several makes and models, we decided the Highlander was the best fit for us, and Jan and the sales team at Fred Anderson of Raleigh helped us make the leap. Car shopping is a task we try to put off for a decade or two, and we generally try to drive cars to the end of their practical service life. Jan and the dealership team followed up after our initial visit, and made a point of putting us in the right vehicle, at the right time, for the right price. Kudos! More
