I looked on the Toyota websi My husband and I were looking for a SUV to replace our Honda PiIot which was deemed totaled due to a recent car accident. I looked on the Toyota website and noticed the listing for the Highlander. I sent the dealer an email to arrange for a test drive. I was promptly contacted by Fred Anderson Toyota on Glenwood Ave. and was given was Len Barnes name and number to contact. Mr. Barnes also contacted me to arrange for an appointment. The Highlander I was interested in was in Charleston, but he had a similar SUV for me to test drive. I drove the vehicle and was very pleased with it so we completed the necessary paperwork on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. We were very happily surprised that the car arrived that Saturday. We finalized the paperwork on Sunday and picked up our car. Len was very patient with us through this process. We had to bring our Great Dane pup so my husband and I had to switch back and forth so she wasn't alone in the car. All in all, it was a VERY pleasant experience. More
