I knew almost exactly what I wanted & exactly what I was willing to do concerning trading my 2013 F150. The visit was absolutely perfect; within minutes we had worked out all the details except bottom line price. There was no pressure to purchase a different model. Carl called the next day, after conferring with his Superiors & a complete evaluation of my trade vehicle & we agreed almost immediately. The Truck was delivered as indicated & was exactly as expected. I picked it up the next day. The final paperwork went just as the previous dealings - fast, precise, professional & courteous. More
