I knew almost exactly what I wanted & exactly what I was willing to do concerning trading my 2013 F150 I conversed with Carl via email prior to visit. I knew almost exactly what I wanted & exactly what I was willing to do concerning trading my 2013 F150. The visit was absolutely perfect; within minutes we had worked out all the details except bottom line price. There was no pressure to purchase a different model. Carl called the next day, after conferring with his Superiors & a complete evaluation of my trade vehicle & we agreed almost immediately.
