No regard for people, only sales. I chatted with a women on their webpage and asked if a vehicle was still available for purchase, she told me "let me ask my manager to see if its not I chatted with a women on their webpage and asked if a vehicle was still available for purchase, she told me "let me ask my manager to see if its not sold yet" then got my info, a few hours later received a called and was told they had the vehicle and asked when I could come for a test drive, I said today and so later that day I drove 2and a half hours, when the guy I talked to on the phone met me he told me, "we sold that vehicle but we can order you another it will be awhile though".... So I drove 2and a half hours for nothing but a gimick to get me to their store. No regards for people only their sales. I left immediately, I was so enraged. How could some one lie, then think their still gonna sell to that person? Don't waste your time here. More

Fred Anderson Rocks I love my Fred Anderson Toyota Camry Hybrid, but the experience of checking in to have my car serviced can be a lot better! So, the way it is now.. I love my Fred Anderson Toyota Camry Hybrid, but the experience of checking in to have my car serviced can be a lot better! So, the way it is now....Fred Anderson Toyota has a sign that says 2 lanes to the left for service.....this morning 3 cars fought their way ahead of me and were serviced. The lady behind me, waiting patiently in line (as the sign suggests) probably had 5 cars speed into the "first post spot" (think nascar). Simple solution (hello, management? Or maybe Fred Anderson will read this and respond)....why not have a simple ticket pull at the sign. Grab a ticket number and wait in line. How hard is that? I'll even pay for the $250 installation (near the sign). Another happy Fred Anderson client, just trying to make this dealership the best it can be. Take care and looking forward to you all making this simple, yet effective change. No one likes a "fronter" (cutter). But no one likes it when Fred Anderson does nothing about it.
