I was on the market looking to buy a Toyota Camry, so I went to a dearship in Toyota Dealer in Durham that was AWFUL! My boss told me to visit Fred Anderson in Raleigh because he had just purchased a car t went to a dearship in Toyota Dealer in Durham that was AWFUL! After the BAD customer service I had before I wasn't sure about trying anything else without a male being with me. I went to Fred Anderson on Saturday @ 4:00pm and was driving away in a Toyota Camary by 7:00 with the help of Len Barnes. I was definitely impressed with the service that I received for him. Most importantly, he listened to what I wanted not just trying to sell a car. He was honest, patient,and very attentive. At Fred Anderson Toyota there were no games, no long waits, or no hassels. He helped us so much showing us the Prius's that you had on your lot. He taught us everything we needed to know about that vehicle. We so appreciated all that knowledge he gave us. He took care of finding the color vehicle we wanted, in the amount of time he told us it would take him to find one. I believe we met him on Friday and by Monday or Tuesday we were at your dealership signing all the paper work.
