I had a good experience. The salesman was helpful and not pushy. All my questions were answered. He helped me get the 2011 Sienna I wanted when they were hard to get. I visited all Toyota dealers in the area, knowing exactly which car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay, and Larry was able to get me my car and offer me the price I wanted, with no hard sell. I have also taken in my car to the service dept. to have the recall work done under warranty, and the service dept. is extremely friendly, well-appointed, and pleasant to wait in. They also have a shuttle that will take you home and bring you back for free, if you'd rather not wait there - awesome! More

I knew Omar before his employment with Toyota. He has always been a kind and courteous individual who had a vision for his life. When he became a Toyota dealer, he did not try to sell me a car. Consequently, when I needed a vehicle, I contacted Omar. My wife and I told him our needs and he supplied them, complete with a deal we could not refuse. Though the van was initially leased, we liked it so much that we purchased it. Omar was able to match our needs with his expert knowledge of Toyota products to provide the best vehicle solution. In doing so, we became first time owners of a Toyota. I suspect that our days as a Nissan family are over. It is people like Omar who make companies great. He knows that Toyota sells the best products and it is reflected in his no pressure style and in his expert knowledge of the product. Those qualities In turn, reflect well on Toyota. I bought a used Toyota Corrola Sport Edition from Dean Foland. I was a little weary because it was a rental car, however Dean was very gracious and encouraging that the car has been serviced regularly and Foland. I bought a Highlander in December of 2008. At the time I was nearing the end of a 3-year Camry lease (the 5th Camry I'd leased) and needed a vehicle with 3 seats to enable us to take all four of our grandso was nearing the end of a 3-year Camry lease (the 5th Camry I'd leased) and needed a vehicle with 3 seats to enable us to take all four of our grandsons with us when the need/want arose. Jeff Teague was very helpful in showing us the available Highlanders that fit our want/need. I did buy this vehicle rather than lease, and I'm glad I did. For the first time ever, after turning in my Camry I received a bill for "wear and tear." I did pay it, under protest I might add, because that car needed no repair whatsoever and I always take very good care of my cars, whether leased or bought. That is not the fault of Fred Anderson I might add -- that came from Toyota and it was the first time I was displeased with Toyota. As a matter of fact, it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I think about it -- and at a time when Toyota does not need even one more displeased consumer, especially one who has been a loyal customer since 1995! And, we have two Toyotas since my husband has a Tundra. But, nonetheless, we have had nothing but praise for all of the dealings we have had with Fred Anderson Toyota!!!! More
We have purchased 3 new vehicles from Fred Anderson and done much of our service there. Staff are always helpful and friendly. We feel like we get a good deal--we no longer shop around much, so I can't say done much of our service there. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Dick LaGrande saw us on the lot and promptly asked us if we needed help. We were interested in looking at the Highlander and he did a great job of providing us information and a test drive. I e mailed him letting him know what I was interested in -- a no haggle best price including financing options. I indicated I could make a decision by month-end but I needed a streamlined process. He did what few sales folks do -- he listened to what I wanted and gave it to me the first time. I had in my mind what I would buy the car for and his quote met that target. He then worked hard to make it happen in a very tight time frame -- to accomodate a trip we were taking. He helped with the back office processes, got a reasonable trade in and even changed our license plates out.
