I liked being met by the door and welcomed to Fred Anderson by one of the staff. I had contacted Mr. Germain via Internet. When I arrived he was available. John offered us what we knew was a very competitive price, based on extensive internet research we had done on sales in our area. Though John clearly is a very busy salesman, he was unfailingly friendly, helpful, and listened carefully to what we wanted. Hobbs greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was extremely helpful in helping me find exactly the car I wanted and with a payment plan that worked well for me. After 2 hours I drove my 2011 beautiful blue Camry off the lot and home. I had dreaded car shopping but Hobbs and the other employees I worked with made it a totally positive experience.
