My wife and I went shopping for a new car prepared for a difficult experience, based on past experiences with other dealers. John offered us what we knew was a very competitive price, based on extensive internet research we had done on sales in our area. Though John clearly is a very busy salesman, he was unfailingly friendly, helpful, and listened carefully to what we wanted. We never felt pressured in any way to change our preferences or to add features we didn't want. We've told many friends about our very positive experience with John and Fred Anderson. One of our daughters likely will be car-shopping soon and we'll certainly go again to see John. More

Hobbs greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was extremely helpful in helping me find exactly the car I wanted and with a payment plan that worked well for me. After 2 hours I drove my 2011 beautiful blue Camry off the lot and home. I had dreaded car shopping but Hobbs and the other employees I worked with made it a totally positive experience. Hobbs even returned my rental vehicle to Enterprise for me. I am once again a very satisfied Toyota customer ! More

The car had come from another dealership and all the paperwork indicated 64 miles on the car, but the odometer read 620. I purchased my used car at Fred Anderson primarly because of the salesman. He listened well to my prefernces and did all he could to meet my requests. We chose the Fred Anderson dealership because of their participation in the Cash for Clunkers program in 2009. Although we were late in entering the program, our salesman, Larry Wall, did an excellent job participation in the Cash for Clunkers program in 2009. Although we were late in entering the program, our salesman, Larry Wall, did an excellent job of securing a Prius for us. He even got it delivered to us earlier than we expected. Later, the dealership had new owners meet with some of their service people, which helped us considerably with our future service plans. We are impressed with the quality and professionalism of the dealership and their people. More
