I originally purchased a vehicle from this dealer for my business. Due to the type of legal entity under which my business operates, we discovered after delivery of the car that the financing wasn't approv business. The dealer above & beyond the call of duty to resolve the situation for me, but when that didn't work out, they took the car back and gave me a full refund of the cash down payment I paid...no hassle. In addition, while the issue was under consideration, they provided another car for me to drive. I was so impressed with the way the dealer handled this complicated issue that I promised them I'd be back to buy a car for myself, which I did. The ease with which the deal was finalized and delivery was accomplished was amazing. Both experiences were the best I've ever experienced in car buying (even though the first one didn't turn out as we might have hoped). I'd never buy a Toyota from anyone else.
