My husband and I wanted a new Prius III model with a navigation system in white; we knew the specific model we wanted would have to be ordered so we were willing to put $500 down to secure one. Another dealer in the area just turned their nose up at our offer but it was a completely different experience with Anita. Warm, personable, understanding, and exceptionally welcoming, she understood what we needed to do and explained everything to us in full accurate detail. We were waiting on a settlement to finalize so we could pay for the car completely; as Murphy's Law would have it, there were delays and we kept in touch with Anita whose friendly nature was constant, her understanding never wavered and we were able to complete our purchase on Friday. We have never dealt with such a smooth transaction ever when purchasing a vehicle. Anita took excellent care of us, even offering to go down the road herself to get something for my husband to eat so his blood sugar wouldn't get too low. That is caring and empathetic customer service which is hard to experience these days. She brought our new car around to the front, had it cooling so we wouldn't cook during the heat and humidity, and made sure we understood the features on our Prius. Any questions we had she answered and explained them plainly without a lot of technical over-your-head jargon. Anita is an absolute gem and takes her role as a customer representative SERIOUSLY. There is no double talk, no false presentations, absolutely nothing of the sort with her. Without a doubt, the next Toyota we buy will be from Anita... we recommend her without a moment's hesitation. Ultimately, I was very satisfied with the lease that I was able to work out- fit in my budget- and, provided many extras. This contrasted strongly with my experience of the Toyota Dealership in Durham, in which I found them disingenuous and exasperating. Mr. Lee provided outstanding service. The dealership itself seems equipped and willing to offer extraordinary support for my new car- of which I am quite enamored. I was able to purchase my car within 3 hours total- quite painlessly, at very good terms. Highly recommended. More

I bought a new car here this spring (my second from them). Within a few weeks they advertised "free oil changes for life." I called to ask if I would qualify for this and was told "if you went to a g them). Within a few weeks they advertised "free oil changes for life." I called to ask if I would qualify for this and was told "if you went to a grocery store this week and something was 99 cents and you found out that it was two for 99 cents last week you certainly wouldn't expect to get the same deal this week and you're not going to get our current 'free oil changes for life' either!" Very rude, and I will not go back for my next new car. Plus, I found out that Mark Jacobson would have given me a better deal without all of the "negotiation." More

Mr. Hill located a car, provided me with a price that I was was willing to pay and my car was purchased. He answered all of my questions, kept in contact with me until my car was received at the dealership and even delivered it to my home with a smile. I have bought several new cars in the past but never have I had a salesperson to do everything that they said they would do. Mr. Hill was very kind, geniune and true to his word. I appreciate everything that he did to keep me informed and was very pleased that he made my experience a great one.
