My wife and I went shopping for a new car prepared for a difficult experience, based on past experiences with other dealers. We were genuinely surprised and pleased with how we were received by John Lafabregue at Fred Anderson Toyota, with whom we had exchanged e-mails before heading to the dealership. John offered us what we knew was a very competitive price, based on extensive internet research we had done on sales in our area. Though John clearly is a very busy salesman, he was unfailingly friendly, helpful, and listened carefully to what we wanted. We never felt pressured in any way to change our preferences or to add features we didn't want. We've told many friends about our very positive experience with John and Fred Anderson. One of our daughters likely will be car-shopping soon and we'll certainly go again to see John. More
I have been a customer of Fred Anderson's Toyota for going on 8 years. My first car purchase from Fred Anderson's was my then teenager 1st car on the Family lot. It was a 97' Mazda Protege', it went t going on 8 years. My first car purchase from Fred Anderson's was my then teenager 1st car on the Family lot. It was a 97' Mazda Protege', it went thru my oldest daughter then my youngest daughter until finally we traded it in at Fred Anderson's for another new car. My oldest daughter bought her car there when "Maxi" was given to my youngest. A Toyota Scion, it was totalled on Christmas eve 2008. We went right back to Fred Anderson's and got her another Scion. When "Maxi" finally gave out after almost 10 years of abuse from my daughters, we went again to Fred Anderson's Toyota and she purchased a Corolla. I am going to be trading in my Nissan Sentra as soon as I get get some equity on it and again I will be going to Fred Anderson's Toyota. I will ask for Jeff Teague, he has assisted myself and my daughters with the last 3 cars. He is just a wonderful person!! He bends over backwards to get you in the car of your choice. When my youngest had issues with her car on the recall, he helped her get your car in and get it taken care of in l day. He is just a fine young man!! I do hope Fred Anderson's appreciates the outstanding performance he display's on a day to day basis. Thank you, Fawn Wright More

We chose the Fred Anderson dealership because of their participation in the Cash for Clunkers program in 2009. Although we were late in entering the program, our salesman, Larry Wall, did an excellent job participation in the Cash for Clunkers program in 2009. Although we were late in entering the program, our salesman, Larry Wall, did an excellent job of securing a Prius for us. He even got it delivered to us earlier than we expected. Later, the dealership had new owners meet with some of their service people, which helped us considerably with our future service plans. We are impressed with the quality and professionalism of the dealership and their people. More

Excellent service - really couldn't have asked for a more responsive salesperson. Dean knew what we were looking for and searched for a couple of weeks to find the perfect fit. I liked being met by the door and welcomed to Fred Anderson by one of the staff. I had contacted Mr. Germain via Internet. When I arrived he was available. He gave good directions for entering the dealership after my test drive off of a very busy road. He stayed late so that I could come after work and finish up all the paperwork. The purchasing process was easy and quick. I would recommend Mr. Germain as a sales person and Fred Anderson Toyota to anyone interested in buying a car. More
