This was my first time purchasing a car in my entire life. I fell in love with the Scion Tc when I visited another Toyota dealership in NC but felt that they lacked professionalism and good customer se life. I began calling other Toyota dealerships in the area. The first time I spoke with Omar Lateef was over the phone. He was so professional and answered all my questions. The next day I came in to see him and I just knew that I was going to purchase my first car from Fred Anderson. Omar introduced me to Jake Lowe, Jr.(who I believe worked out the financing of my car). Jake was fair and gave me great customer service. My first time experience was wonderful. I will always recommend Omar to anyone I know buying a car. It's been 2.5 years since I purchased my waveline pearl Scion Tc and I'm still in love with the car. Thanks Omar! More

Dick LaGrande saw us on the lot and promptly asked us if we needed help. We were interested in looking at the Highlander and he did a great job of providing us information and a test drive. I e mailed him letting him know what I was interested in -- a no haggle best price including financing options. I indicated I could make a decision by month-end but I needed a streamlined process. He did what few sales folks do -- he listened to what I wanted and gave it to me the first time. I had in my mind what I would buy the car for and his quote met that target. He then worked hard to make it happen in a very tight time frame -- to accomodate a trip we were taking. He helped with the back office processes, got a reasonable trade in and even changed our license plates out. We have purchased 3 new vehicles from Fred Anderson and done much of our service there. Staff are always helpful and friendly. We feel like we get a good deal--we no longer shop around much, so I can't say done much of our service there. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
