Organized, clean, and postmodern, this dealership promises more than it delivers from sales to service. From never getting a clear explanation of leasing special—at the time—versus a purchase, their taking three visits to try to get me in their data system at each service appointment, and their inability to correct their system with the proper date of the purchase (for warranty purposes), it generally takes multiple contacts to break through the auto bureaucracy and phone tree. I remain not happy that the remote services ran out after 12 months—now requiring a monthly fee! (The finance guy spent 30 minutes—with an elaborate multicolored chart of the RAV4 Prime LE’s complex computer system—trying to get me to purchase an added-cost, electronics-warranty protection plan at the time of my cash purchase of a new SUV; but no one told me that I could not check my plug-in charge on the app in a year.)
