Lousy service gave me the run-around on a 2012 Benz I bought from them even before I took it to them so cancelled. Tried to up sale service I did not need to the tune of $900 I took my Matrix in for a air bag recall. They did a good job on this. The problem is when they did their multi-point free inspection they came up w I took my Matrix in for a air bag recall. They did a good job on this. The problem is when they did their multi-point free inspection they came up with $900 items that needed to be serviced. Two of them needed done. One was a license plate light was out and the other was the cabin filter was dirty. The technician said in the video inspection that my engine air filter was fine but on the list of repairs needed they had listed that it needed replacing. When I got home I checked it and it was very clean. They also said my spark plugs needed replacing. Thae only have 30,000 miles on them and the Toyota recommended replacement of them is 120,000 miles. The spark plugs are Toyota recommended plugs. When I got home I checked it and it was very clean. The other repairs listed was based on mileage and/or time. They have no way what I have done to the car so there is no way they could know what needs to be done. I would not trust anything they say needs fixed and I would not recommend their service dept. More

Not getting the service Jim Barkley provided Seem to have a real problem. I was trying to followup on getting new tires being ordered for my car and and made several calls and could not get a ret Seem to have a real problem. Emailed the service manager who instructed the service coordinator for our car to call me. Made an appointment. My wife took it in for the appointment time and had to wait over an hour before they started working on the car. When she brought home the receipt, when adding up the itemized charges, the total amount charged was $9+ more that the itemized charges. Called to find out why. Got no return call. Sent an email and got a response saying someone would contact me. They never did. I emailed again and, this time, got no response in 4 weeks since my phone call and emails. I miss Jim Barkley. I'm also wondering if it's worth the 40 minute drive to get my service from the dealer. More

Thanks to the service department I am stuck parking my brand new 2018 4Runner and was forced to buy a second vehicle to drive. The reason I have had to go out and buy a second vehicle is because my brakes have went out on me twice and I continuously get a burning brake smell to where people have came up to me in a parking lot and said it smells like my vehicle is on fire! I have taken it in to the service department several times on this issue over the past 10k miles and Toyota says that this is ‘normal’! I refuse to continue to put my 3 year olds and my own life at danger because of them! Yes I have called corporate, but they won’t do anything because they have called the service manager and he told her it was normal. They said my only option was to trade it in or sell it, which I refuse to put someone else’s life at danger like Toyota has done to mine and my daughters! There are several other issues with the vehicle that they say are ‘normal’ as well, but for the multiple brake failures to be ‘normal’ is a huge safety concern and uncalled for! More
Excellent Customer Service on a Major Repair It was time for me to change my timing belt on my Lexus ES 330. I was assigned Angel Pedi as my service coordinator. I was confident in her ability to answer my questions on the technical issue of what else might need to be done. She checked in with me during the day regarding the progress. The car was finished at the time promised. I am thrilled to have a trustworthy dealer so close by to service my Lexus. I plan to request Angel the next time I bring my car in for service. More
Well Treated (Josh Wood) I had an alternator problem and didn't make it to Asheville before breaking down on I-40. The service department called a wrecker for me and in 45minutes I was at the dealership. They confirmed the diagnosis, ordered the part for tomorrow, and gave me a loaner car to get home. I couldn't have asked for more and Josh followed up on every detail to make sure I knew what to expect and made sure I was on my way in short order. Thank You! David More
