I’ve been looking for a vehicle for a while. Working with Taylor has been a pleasure. However after talking with Blake on this last trip in i was spoken down to and told to go look at a Ford. I was not rude Taylor has been a pleasure. However after talking with Blake on this last trip in i was spoken down to and told to go look at a Ford. I was not rude and had my husband been with me i doubt i would have received the same treatment. We are a Toyota Family and that was the last thing i expected during my trip where i was fully prepared to make a purchase. It was disappointing to say the least. While Blake may not have liked my starting point i simply expected for him to say i’m sorry that is not going to work for us. I would have been good with that. But going to the point of talking down to me and telling me to go look at Fords was both insulting and disappointing. I expected better. Prior this this experience we have had excellent service from Fred Anderson. I hope others have a positive experience. If you are female shopping for a vehicle i recommend speaking with one of the other sales managers. More
