Every visit is excellent, the waiting area is clean, comfortable and before covid they even had coffee and snacks.
Eric Peterson was great to work with! I drove from Columbia to Charleston to purchase a Jeep and Eric was very considerate of my time. He had the vehicle ready to drive when I got there. Eric and Heather in the service department were also extremely helpful in helping to resolve an issue with a broken part (torque converter decided to make trouble soon after I purchased). They arranged for the repair to be performed in my town (I didn't have to drive to Charleston), and the repair was completely covered by the 30 day powertrain warranty! I'm a happy customer!

I went in to get my 2012 Toyota Prius serviced on Saturday. Chrissie was the first person to greet me and took care of all my initial service needs. I was only at the dealership for around 30 minutes while my oil was being changed and my tires were getting rotated, but Toyota ALWAYS offers me a shuttle anyway. I was fixing myself some tea and pastries and Steven Rhoads greeted me to ask how my morning and service visit was going. We talked for quite a few minutes and he made me feel very welcome. There was not one person I interacted with that seem happy and customer service oriented. I was very impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to friends and family. I’ll definitely be returning to get my car serviced here.

On 3/11/2019 I scheduled upholstery repairs at Brendt Brothers. The technician called the parts department at Fred Anderson Toyota to verify the price of the parts that was quoted earlier. At that time the parts tech discovered the price of one of the part was a lot higher than previous quoted. The manager was advised of this mistake but sold the part to me at the original price. That what I
call talking the talk and walking the walk.

They are professional, clear and precise about what they do. My car is 7 years old and never had a problem. They keep you informed about progress if it takes a long time.

My wife and I recently relocated to Charleston from Florida. We both have Toyota’s so we were in search of somewhere to get our vehicles serviced. We settled on this dealership due to location and online reviews. The reviews were certainly not a reflection of the service we received, we both have had service issues on separate occasions with two different vehicles now. This was very disappointing considering the awesome service we received from the dealership we purchased our vehicles from in Florida. We will now be looking for another Toyota dealership to take our vehicles to for service and in the future new car purchases.
