Brought my Corolla in for regular maintenance and brake change. Chrissie Rice met me in the drop off bay, checked the car in and directed me to the courtesy shuttle where Jo Ann Collins was waiting to dro change. Chrissie Rice met me in the drop off bay, checked the car in and directed me to the courtesy shuttle where Jo Ann Collins was waiting to drop me off at my office. I was on my way in less than five minutes. Both individuals were up beat, smiling, and really started my day off right. I couldn't have felt more welcome.
