Unfortunately due to some bad luck we haven't had a chance to use the service departmen We've been to Fred Anderson Toyota twice now to buy a vehicle. Unfortunately due to some bad luck we haven't had a chance to use the service department. However with how we were treated with the sales representatives I'm sure we will feel the same way. Eric was very helpful the first time around making sure we were taken care of when he couldn't be at the dealership to meet us the first time around. Justin helped us find our car, and we drove off the lot the same day. This time around we were able to meet with Eric. Despite the fact that he had multiple customers, he made sure we were well taken care of and checked in with us constantly to make sure we were okay. We're grateful for our experience, and not once did we feel like we were being pressured or pushed to make a quick decision. We felt like our thoughts and situation were fully heard, and we are happy with both of our experiences. More

Although I don't like traveling all the way to West Ashley (I live on IOP), they always make it worth the experience whether it's buying a car or getting it serviced. On this particular occasion, I came back 3 times before finally deciding on which RAV4 to buy. All I can say is that the salesman who sold me the car; Taylor Dunn, was just a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, he helped me get my Android hooked up so I could use Google maps and Waze and he was just a really helpful. The manager I worked with was Don Hesher and he helped me work out a very reasonable deal that I was satisfied with. It's what the car buying experience hould be: I felt I got a reasonable trade-in for my Prius and got a pretty nice discount on the RAV4. I'm sure they made their profit so we all went home happy. More

When the sales is done, they are done with you After submitting an on-line inquiry on a truck, FA Toyotat called me the very next morning to see when I would like to visit their dealership for a te After submitting an on-line inquiry on a truck, FA Toyotat called me the very next morning to see when I would like to visit their dealership for a test drive. We went down the next morning & they had the truck waiting for our test drive. After a painful negotiations between our sales guy, the sales manager & some other manger, we finally agreed to a price & purchased the truck (on Friday). The truck had a hard shell Diamond Back topper on it that required 2 keys to lock it. The keys were not available & we were told they would contact the previous owner to inquire OR they would order new key for me on Monday. It took several attempts on MY part to get answers back on these keys. I had even sent the information to the mfg. of the topper along with all the information they needed to order the keys...basically did their job for them. I finally get a text back from the salesman wanting me to purchase the keys & they would send me the money. Poor customer service. In addition, after driving the truck home, I noticed the steering wheel "bouncing" as if the wheels were out of balance. I immediately called the salesman & he said to bring it in on Saturday & they would fix it immediately. Upon arrival at the dealership, the service manager quickly told me it could not be done today & the salesman had no authority to authorize such service. After going round & round between the salesman, service manager & sales manager for almost 45 minutes, the service manager finally drove the truck & said the wheels needed balanced. A loaner was provided, reluctantly and even after this was one of the "sales" features for serviced vehicles) and the problem was solved. Frustrated with the customer service & follow up is poor. Frustrated in Charleston, SC! More
