had my 31,000 service on my Tacoma and waited for about 5 minutes and then was told to wait in the lobby area and Dominick would be right with me. My vehicle went in the line then. This was good and I was glad the schedule was on time. My appointment was at 12:15 and my truck went in at 12:30. Great job. Dominick never came so I went to check. He was very polite and assured me my vehicle is right on schedule. I waited an hour and 20 minutes, which is a usual amount of time. I always bring work with me. Many sanitizer stations and people were spread out. I was sad that the coffee/tea area was closed but it is very understandable. Thanks for the great service. More

He helped me with a lease and when I found that my choice was too small for me, Eddie helped me find a Tacoma that did meet my needs. He went through the paperwork for me to pay of the lease and buy the Tacoma outright. He made some suggestions about the truck that, as it turned out, saved me a lot of headaches. I cannot say enough about Fred Anderson as a dealer helper when buying a car or truck. One could not go wrong if an arrangement was made to see Eddie Cooks initially for help and, if needed, advice. I always thought dealerships took advantage and were more expensive for vehicle maintenance but after this experience I can gladly say if I encounter any problems with my vehicle I know that they are the best ones to fix and take care of it. I can not stress though that for Charleston this dealership is the best I found and feel the whole team wants whats best for it's customers and they try to work with you the best they can in providing the best deal for it's customers.
