It was my first time ever buying a car. So I was clueless when I got to this dealership. Mr. Joey Simoneau was the sales agent that approached me. All I have to say is even though he knew it was my first tim when I got to this dealership. Mr. Joey Simoneau was the sales agent that approached me. All I have to say is even though he knew it was my first time buying a car, he did not or never did he think to even take advantage of me. He really made sure my needs were met and that I got the exact car that I wanted. And one thing I loved about Mr. Simoneau was how he genuinely listened to everything and every detail. Not for one moment did Mr. Simoneau let me feel like he was just selling me a car. He made me feel like I was with one of my family member who made sure he helped me shop for my car. Every word he said was True. I told him I didn’t want to put any money down and he made sure I didn’t. Not only did I walk out the dealership with no down. He made sure I walked out the dealership with nothing coming out of my pocket. That’s not the best yet! He also gave me such great discount off my car. And when I say “Great Discount” I mean I couldn’t even believe it. All I know is if I decide to get get a new car or trade in my car. I would definitely come back to this place. And if any one of my friends or family members decides to buy a new car. Even if I hear a stranger talk about buying a new car. I would so recommend this place to them. Why? This was my first time going to a Toyota dealership. This was by far my best experience buying a car. Eric was my sales rep. He was one of the best sales reps I have had. I already had been pre approved for a auto loan and she was going to try to get me a better rate then what I had already got from a credit union. The process was smooth and straightforward.
