Not worth it for challenged credit. Don't believe them if they say that they could get you approved. They do a soft pull look it over and will say no they cant. And wont call you to let you have to call them. And the will rush you off the phone. More

Wonderful experience I had been thinking about trading in my 2014 highlander for a while. I brought it in for regular service and had the chance to meet Chris. He is VERY knowledgeable about the highlander. I made it clear that I was not buying a car that day. He gave me the information I was asking for and let me walk away. I was very impressed with that. He gave me a day or two before calling to see what I thought. My husband shopped at another dealership for the same car. Chris and his manager were very quick to call and match the deal we were offered by the other dealership. I have a very demanding job and not a lot of free time.
