I'm a single senior who works night shift and needs a reliable car, Have had Toyotas in past so decided this time to forgo cheaper private sale for a reputable dealer. Found a potential candidate on-line on Anderson's web site and went in unannounced to see what kind of deal I could make. Had limited funds. Lucked out getting Dennis Quinn as my sales person. He listened to my tale of woe, came up with viable solutions, and in the end, a little over 4 hours later, I had a 2011 5 speed Corolla at a price I could afford, my dead car was taken care of (picked up and taken to dealership with help from Dennis, Faye Bustos, and Jason Perez), Faye helped me with paperwork, transferring my insurance, and returning my rental and putting me into my "new" car. She even came in on her day-off to finish the license plate transfer for me. An absolutely painless process. Cannot say enough about Dennis and Faye's professionalism, customer service, and empathy. Felt like a valued family member. This level of care is rarer these days, and I really appreciate their help. Even got my first good night's sleep in some time that night. THANK YOU ANDERSON. More
