GOT ME OUT OF A BIND I came in to Toyota after having a rough two years with two Ford vehicles. Long story short, transmissions and I don't get along. I had a 2011 Ford Es I came in to Toyota after having a rough two years with two Ford vehicles. Long story short, transmissions and I don't get along. I had a 2011 Ford Escape whose transmission went out on me twice within 1500 miles. The first time, the dealership covered a refurbished transmission. The second time, I was 200 miles outside of warranty and had only gone 1500 miles on the refurbished transmission and it broke down on me again. I had just moved to Charleston and was 24 years old and did not know what to do. I BARELY drove it to Jones Ford and basically was told they could do nothing. I don't fault them because I know that the service people just do what they are told and have hoops they have to jump through too but disappointed, frustrated, and devastated dont even cover how I felt. I sat at the dealership for hours before deciding what to do. I am a teacher and saying money is tight is the understatement of the year. I had to get a new reliable vehicle. It was the smartest move and my payments doubled because of it. After going upside down and purchasing a 2016 Ford Focus and feeling like it was literally MY ONLY OPTION, I felt like I was stuck. I was incredibly upside down. I had downsized and overpaid. Eventually I decided that I am getting married, starting a family, and felt like a sedan was not the choice for me. I went to MULTIPLE dealerships trying to find my easiest escape and honestly, I felt hopeless. Frank the Customer Service rep from Jones Ford called me to talk about my Focus and when I told him I was going to FA Toyota he was SO SUPPORTIVE. How awesome is it to have a dealership that your competitors can brag about! He told me exactly who to come in and talk to and BOY DID HE HELP ME OUT. Stephen, the GM of FA Toyota stepped into the role to help me and I HONESTLY do not think I would have left as comfortable without him and his team. Dustin was my salesman and he answered every question that I had. I then went to financing with Alesia and she helped me get the best bang for my buck. I have had HORRIBLE experiences with car dealerships, warranties, TRANSMISSIONS, and overall adulting with vehicles so to come to a dealership and leave as happy as I am is shocking. I now have a car that is SAFE, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, SPACIOUS, PRACTICAL, FAMILY ORIENTED, and AWESOME! I could not be happier with my purchase, upside down from my other vehicle or not. I am a teacher, and money is tight, but every penny is worth the security that I feel in my new Toyota Rav4. I HOPE TO NOT BUY FOR A LONG TIME, but if I have to, I will ONLY go to FA Toyota. More

Great deal when looking for safest SUV I looked at both competitor SUVs as well as other Toyota dealers before I visited Fred Anderson's Charleston dealership. I found the safety features I looked at both competitor SUVs as well as other Toyota dealers before I visited Fred Anderson's Charleston dealership. I found the safety features on the 2018 Highlander by far the most complete and at the most competitive/reasonable price. Matt Rumble was excellent in explaining all the safety features and Alesia Durr was very helpful in financing. I live by Hilton Head so Charleston was a distance stretch but found Matt Rumble was able to get the best price by far and was most helpful in choosing the right options. Thanks Matt as I love my 2018 Highlander Limited. More
