My New Tundra I had a 2000 Toyota Tundra, 16 years, and it still ran great but saw the new Tundras and wanted a new one. I saw what Fred Anderson Toyota offered and I had a 2000 Toyota Tundra, 16 years, and it still ran great but saw the new Tundras and wanted a new one. I saw what Fred Anderson Toyota offered and decided to check out their Tundras. We looked around the lot and Ryan Spence came out to greet us. We looked and used and new Tundras but I just wasn't sure what I wanted. Ryan never pressured us and was very professional. I eventually bought a new 2016 Tundra and Ryan helped us out tremendously. I recommend this dealership and Ryan for anyone looking for a Toyota. More

A very good experience I had a very good experience buying my new Highlander. I felt that I was treated fairly and was given a good price. What I did not like was that aft I had a very good experience buying my new Highlander. I felt that I was treated fairly and was given a good price. What I did not like was that after I made the deal I went to finance where I went through an extensive warranty pitch that could have added another $2,000 plus to the vehicle! There were so many variations it became too confusing I finally just said the heck with it and opted for a five year 60,000 because it was a concept I was familiar with. I'm not blaming the guy in finance I just think that between the Fred Anderson plan and the Toyota warranty program it makes your head spin especially after the stress of buying a car and hoping that you made the best deal. One other thing. There are so many gadgets and settings etc to be done on these new cars I think it would be nice if they had a small training class generally explaining basics like the audio, the different controls rather than sitting in your driveway for two days figuring everything out. I found a lot of good input by going on you tube. The salesmen should probably know more about how these things work too they seem like they're guessing most of the time too. Maybe y'all should create a Toyota hotline for new owners--kinda like the Turkey hotline they have at Thanksgiving LOL! More

LAST TUESD I DEALT WITH MR CHRISTEN SALVATICO TWO YEARS AGO WHEN MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT A PRIUS. THE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE WE RECEIVED FROM HER WAS TOPS. LAST TUESDAY AUGUST 30, I WAS ON MY WAY TO RICKS HENDRICKS TOYOTA TO CLOSE MY DEAL WITH A CAMRY BUT THEN I REALIZED HOW GOOD MS. SALVATICO WAS AND THE SERVICES MY DAUGHTER HAD BEEN RECEIVING ON HER CAR DURING HER ROUTINE CAR SERVICE. MS SALVATICO HAD BEEN IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH HER CUSTOMER AND MYSELF SO I HAVE TO GO BACK TO FRED ANDERSON. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! IT IS EVEN BETTER THE SECOND TIME AROUND WITH MS. SALVATICO. SHE REALLY CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS AND VERY PROUD OF BEING A PART OF FRED ANDERSON. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!! Better than average experience. I drove 2 hrs one way to look at a used vehicle in their inventory.
