Very good experience. I was looking for a new or slightly used car. My husband located one for me at Fred Anderson Toyota and made an appointment for me to see it and test I was looking for a new or slightly used car. I was welcomed immediately by a representative and did not wait long at all to be introduced to the most wonderful salesman ever. His name is Ryan Spence. He had lined up the car I knew I wanted, let me test drive it, and prepared the paperwork in a very efficient and friendly manner. He explained everything to me about the contract then made arrangements for me to see the finance representative, Alesia Durr. She, too, was very efficient, professional and friendly even though I know she must have been tired by the end of the day. Alesia explained the options that were available to me and placed the financing with no hassle to me at all. Once everything was signed, Ryan showed me so many things about my new car and offered to be available if I had any questions or needed more information. More
