Salesperson & dealership review. Stellar. Initially, we were just looking at SUV's (primarily Acura, Lexus & Audi) and accidentally stopped by Fred Anderson on a Sunday and they were open. I wasn't in the market for a Highlander since a coworker had just bought one and I didn't want to copy. We were fortunate to meet Christen Salvatico. She is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I would and have referred customers (not sure if they have yet visited). She asked relevant questions and we ended up test driving a 2015 Highlander XLE FWD. A few days later Christine called with a revised offer and we made a purchase. On a vacation to NC we discovered we should have purchased an AWD so when we returned we contacted Christen. (This was our oversight not hers). Once again, she came through like the professional she is and we traded in our new Highlander with approx. 3,800 miles for an AWD. Same vehicle, etc. Christen took the time to locate the same color, etc. for us. Fred Anderson is fortunate to have her on their sales staff. I recommend they increase her commission % and ensure they keep her. She's not pushy and is a job to work with. More

The staff at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston and especially Tonya Walker did an excellent job of minimizing the time it took and made the whole experience an enjoyable one. We were never left waiting for the next step. The ball was continually rolling but also, we never felt rushed to make a decision. We ended up leaving with two new cars- both of which Ms. Walker picked out for us. She must have excellent taste because we immediately fell in love with both cars as soon as we saw them. From start to finish the whole experience was a pleasure. When we met in person he demonstrated a lot of knowledge and we appreciated his genuine approach.
