Matthew took his time with us and went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied when we took possession of the truck. Steve and I negotiated a fair price for the new vehicle, agreed to a trade in value for my car, and a loan rate all by phone. My first contact with the dealership was by email at 10:00 am on Saturday morning. I drove the four hours to the dealership and took delivery Sunday afternoon. The purchase of my new vehicle was truely a great experience. Alesia in finance was friendly, organized and efficient. Steve was straight up and honest durning the negotiation process and when I got to the dealership I had no surprises. Based on this experience, my next vehicle purchase will be through a Fred Anderson dealership. More
