Used to be a solid shop to go to for Toyota repairs and may be for some, however I've had too many disasters take place. On the "Family Plan" maintenance, double check the service done before you leave the may be for some, however I've had too many disasters take place. On the "Family Plan" maintenance, double check the service done before you leave the dealership because in my experience, the work is almost never actually done or not done correctly. Unfortunately, some of the service advisors and service managers are too busy to double check big ticket items before they release the vehicle back to you. Also, chalk the tires and mark the oil filter, I've had the work checked by another shop and was told it looked like the maintenance was never done. Lastly on service, check the vehicle for ANY body damage and confirm with the advisor any known damage before turning the keys in and picking up. When buying used, get a second opinion and/ or purchase inspection from another shop. I purchased a vehicle and was told it met the inspection and shortly after I needed to replace multiple wear and tear items. More

As a lifelong GM customer I had an expectation that was exceeded almost immediately. The employees of Fred Anderson showed what a great car buying experience should be. He worked every angle on the deal to make sure I left happy even communicating through text late into the evening to work around my responsibilities as a parent during the day.
